Returns & Exchnages

At Miami TCG, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Due to the collectible nature of trading cards and graded items, all sales are generally final. However, we’re here to help if something isn’t right.

Return Eligibility:

  • Returns are only accepted if the item arrives damaged, incorrect, or significantly different from its description.

  • Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

Exchange Policy:

  • We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If eligible, you may return your item for a refund and place a new order.

Condition Requirements:

  • Items must be returned in the same condition they were received — unopened and untampered (if applicable).

  • Graded cards must remain in their original, sealed slab.

How to Request a Return:
Please contact us with your order number, photos of the item, and a brief explanation of the issue. We'll get back to you promptly with the next steps.

Miami TCG is not responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was on our part.
